Cant set output quality

Super easy to use, but you cannot set the output quality. I wanted to convert the AAC audio from a mp4 to mp3, the programs only option was to write it to the Music folder at 192k, a mediocre quality level in this day and age. No preferences, no way to customize the output folder. If you goal is to get some files into iTunes and you dont care about the quality, this is good enough. I like my mp3s at 320k, so this isnt going to work for me. 256k is OK, but at 192k I can notice some quality issues.
